A 6-month entrepreneurial STEAM program equipping Cleveland youth ages 10–15 to build identity, develop skills, lead projects, and create real community impact.
Minister Sharmika Dorsey is a licensed minister, certified software testing professional, and community innovator based in Cleveland, Ohio. With a background spanning faith-based leadership and advanced technology quality assurance, she founded CLE Kids Kollective to bridge the gap between technical excellence and community impact — equipping youth ages 10–15 with the entrepreneurial STEAM skills, leadership identity, and responsible AI literacy needed to shape Cleveland's future. She brings to every room what few founders can: deep technical credibility, earned community trust, and a genuine calling to serve.
Our 5-phase model takes youth from self-discovery to a public Innovation Expo — building confidence, technical skills, and community leadership every step of the way.
