Cohort-Based, Phase-Driven, Community-Rooted
Youth move through our program in cohorts — teams of up to 15 who grow together over 8 months. Each phase builds on the last, and every participant produces a real deliverable at each stage.
The program runs through three channels: PhysIN Sessions (weekly 3-hour in-person), DigIM Modules (digital between sessions), and Parent Engagement (family touchpoints throughout).

Prototype design and iteration labs — building, testing, refining ideas

Creative expression, presentation design, and digital storytelling

Financial modeling, budgeting, and impact measurement
Leadership
Public speaking, teamwork simulations, and entrepreneurial confidence
How the Program Runs
Weekly in-person, 3-hour facilitated sessions — mandatory attendance
Digital immersion modules between sessions — quizzes, design & iteration
Regular family touchpoints and mandatory Innovation Expo attendance
Public capstone — youth present original projects to Cleveland community
